11:00 AM: Registration/check-in opens
11:45 AM: Check-in closes
12:00 PM: Welcome and Orientation in Crowell Concert Hall
12:30 PM: Large Ensemble Rehearsal 1
2:30 PM: Break - bananas and light snacks supplied for everyone!
3:00 PM: Workshops
5:00 PM: Dinner - BYO or bring credit/debit card (no cash) for Wesleyan’s dining hall. Good food of every cuisine, right across the street from Crowell.
6:00 PM: Large Ensemble Rehearsal 2
7:30 PM: Break
7:45 PM: Call
8:00 PM: Concert
