BUILDING COMMUNITY ONE FLUTE AT A TIME
Picture

2020

register

Join your fellow flutists to rehearse, learn, perform,
and meet new friends in a single day.

Play

Choose your level of difficulty and form chamber groups with other flutists at your level to learn a trio, quartet, or larger chamber piece for C flutes. In the afternoon, everyone comes together to rehearse a large ensemble piece for piccolos through contrabass flutes.

Perform

Present your chamber piece and play in the large flute ensemble, conducted by Wesleyan Orchestra director Nadya Potemkina, in an informal concert that is open to the public.

Learn

Short workshops to help you become a better flutist. Learn from one another in a collaborative, welcoming atmosphere.
